Position responsibilities:
  • Providing document flow process in the Bank, according appropriate legislation (receiving and sending mail, registration and distribution of documents);
  • Registration of incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Answering phone calls, registration of received information and its delivery to the appropriate parties;
  • Typing letters and other materials for management on computer, and their registration;
  • Preparation of documents according the rules, accepted by the Bank, their storage and transfer to the archive when due;
  • Preparation of regular progress reports and their presentation to the department director.

Corporate Sales Manager
Position responsibilities:
  • Networking with corporate clients, representing various economic segments, attracting them to the Bank, and providing high-quality customer service;
  • Preparation of the complex offers of banking products and services, cross-selling activities;
  • Providing high-quality banking services to the corporate customers together with client services structures, controlling the overall processes;
  • Caring out business analysis of the received requests, on loan arrangement and documentary operations issues;
  • Identifying conditional financing  limits for each customer segment, giving suggestions upon Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for structuring tariffs and monitoring degrees of risk for launching new product and services;
  • Coordination of corporate sales activities between client service structures;  
  • Participation in the process of creation of new products for corporate customers;
  • Sales forecasting and planning, the analysis of its dynamics;
  • Structuring financings according the customer requests;
  • Regular monitoring of progress in sales activity;
  • Taking all necessary steps for achieving sales goals;
  • Analysis of banking operations held by corporate customers and preparation of reports.
   
Position requirements:
  • Higher education (education in the field of economics, finance and exact sciences); 
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in corporate customers service field; 
  • Deep knowledge and information about banking products;
  • Knowledge of norms and regulations related to the field; 
  • Ability to establish and develop effective contacts with clients of any category;
  • Ability to establish and conduct business relations;
  • Communicability;
  • Ability to work in team;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent knowledge of “MS Office” programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.);
  • Financial and credit analysis skills;
  • Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of the English language at upper-intermediate level

Position responsibilities:
  • Registration of bank guarantees and letters of credit at the Bank’s operational system, correcting data, and execution of requests
  • Tracking letters of credit and guarantee accounts, monitoring past due payments, processed guarantees and further disbursements and following procedures;
  • Analyzing businesses requesting upon documentary operations, preparation of reports;
  • Being active investigator of regulatory principles and other related issues of documentary operations;
  • Being informed about all internal processes, legal procedures, domestic and international laws;
  • Advising Bank’s corporate banking specialists on all matters relating to the documentary operations
