Position responsibilities:
  • Software monitoring;
  • Analysis of business requirements and new software development in accordance with the requirements.


Position requirements:
  • Higher education;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, good level of Russian and English;
  • At least 1 year of experience in this field;
  • SQL optimization experience;
  • Knowledge of JAVA Framework (Spring, JSF);

Leading Specialist - Internal Control and Financial Monitoring Department / Internal Control Division (Head Office)
Position responsibilities:
  • Conducting daily monitoring of all transactions carried out by the Bank;
  • Carrying out monitoring and inspections of structural units and making proposals for strengthening the management system;
  • Verification of compliance of current operations carried out by structural units, to the legislation and internal rules and taking measures to eliminate existing errors;
  • Preparation and application of new tools and mechanisms to improve the supervision process in the Bank;
  • Preparation of appropriate reporting forms for the application of control mechanisms in the Bank’s activities.


Position requirements:
  • Higher education (economics, finance);
  • 2 years of experience in the banking sector, 1 year of experience in the field of supervision, audit or risk;
  • Excellent level of the Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English or Russian;
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel);
  • Knowledge of banking laws and regulations;
  • Ability to analyze.

Position responsibilities:
  • Creating new applications;
  • Implementing integration between existing programs.


Position requirements:
  • Higher education;
  • Excellent level of Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English or Russian;
  • Knowledge of Java SE, EE, RESTful and SOAP;
  • Knowledge of SQL (ability to work with standard Oracle functions);
  • PL / SQL (ability to work with standard Oracle packages);
  • Preference is given to candidates who have experience with GIT or SVN;
  • Ability to write codes quickly and accurately;
  • Record keeping;

Cashier-account manager - Operations Department (Shirvan branch)
Position responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level banking services to businesses and individuals;
  • Having skills in organizing and conducting cash operations;

Head of Division - Corporate Banking Department / Corporate Sales Division (Head Office)
Position responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with corporate clients, effectively selling products and services of the Bank, ensuring a high level of service;
  • Creation of a flexible communication tool with a client base to ensure customer satisfaction, the function of the main contact person for inquiries and requests;
  • Acting as a financial adviser upon the requests of the clients and maintaining regular contacts with the relevant structures of the Bank for prompt fulfillment of these requests;
  • Development of targeted plans for subordinate client managers, control their work and implementation of the plan;
  • Organization of meetings with business representatives and preparation of service offer packages for attraction of new customers to the Bank;
  • Tracking the dynamics of the Bank's client base, researching the advantages and differences of competing banks, conducting a SWOT analysis and making proposals for expanding the client base;
  • Together with the relevant structural units, organization and implementation of an appropriate action plan in order to achieve the products and services sales goals;
  • Making proposals for the creation of new banking products and services, participation in the implementation of these projects;
  • Analysis of the operations conducted by the Bank in order to increase the customers’ accounts turnover, record keeping, presenting the results of the analysis to the management;


Position requirements:
  • Higher education (finance, economics or banking)
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of English is preferable
  • Experience in the field of corporate banking and bank product sales for at least 3 years
  • Ability to manage;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Ability to analyze;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure;
